Automatic Blasting Machines use a blast wheel with a motor to propel the abrasive at high velocity; this type of machine will generally give the lowest cost of blasting per tonne of steel or M2.

Applications are the surface preparation of structural steel fabrications, pre-engineered building built-up sections, 2D and 3D pipe spools, OEM steel fabrications, plain plates, pipes and sections.

Steel abrasive is used, shot or grit or a mixture of both dependent on the application, these machines automatically collect and clean the abrasive and then it is re-used. High-efficiency dust collectors are supplied to keep both the product and the surrounding area dust free.

We have a standard range of roller conveyor Plate, Pipe and Section Cleaning machines and Table Type Machines. All units can be supplied with optional Spot Blasting Areas, Pneumatic Lift and Carry Cross Transfer Tables.
