STEELEX SC ABRASIVE RECOVERY AND RECYCLING SYSTEMS



For cost effective surface preparation when manual blasting recycling the abrasive is a vital part of productivity, cost control and is good for the environment. The SC range of Abrasive Recycling Systems are suitable for recycling a wide range of granular abrasive including steel grit, garnet and aluminium oxide. The two types are as follows

SC 1 - High capacity with steel grit recycling rates up to 50 tonnes per hour
SC 2 - Medium capacity with steel grit recycling rates up to 15 tonnes per hour

The extensive range features the following types


Truly mobile units that can be installed and fully operational in less than one hour

Static units for a new or existing blast rooms

Static units for bulk blast pots

Static units with sweep in feed, hopper feed and screw conveyor feed

Static units for up to eight blast pots with abrasive storage hoppers for 100 tonnes of steel grit and higher

Mobile units for up to four blast pots with abrasive storage hopper for up to 40 tonnes of steel grit

SC 2 TRULY MOBILE UNITS





Truly Mobile Abrasive Recycling Units for on site blasting for 200L and 300L Blast Pots and to feed bulk bags on a pallet, the SC 2 Abrasive Recycling Units will process steel grit, garnet and aluminium oxide, optional magnetic separator's are available.


Recycle's up to 15000 kgs of steel grit per hour.


No concrete foundation is required, installs on flat compacted ground. The installation time from unloading is less than 60 minutes. The units are supplied complete with with the SC 2 Dust Extractor to power the SC 2 Abrasive Recycling System.


The abrasive recycling solution for site blasting work or mobile blast rooms.



SC 2 STATIC UNITS





The SC 2 Static Abrasive Recycling Units are supplied as standard with the smaller Steelex Blast Rooms and can be used with up to two 200L or 300L Blast Pots. Integration with existing blast rooms is also possible. These units will recycle steel grit, garnet and aluminium oxide.


Units are available with ground level sweep in hoppers and screw conveyors that require a pit or floor mounted units with no pit.


Recyling up to 15000 kgs of steel grit per hour is possible as well as the addition of magnetic separators.


The SC 2 Recycling System is powered by the main blast room dust extractor or it can be supplied with the SC 2 Dust Extractor



SC 1 STATIC UNITS FOR BULK BLAST POTS





For use with a Bulk Blast Pot the SC 1 Abrasive Recycling Unit is ideal and can be supplied with a Steelex Blast Room, fitted to an existing Blast Room or used stand alone for ship yard or site blasting applications.


Supplied as standard with a rotary sieve these units can deal with very high levels contamination and foreign particles in the abrasives, the very high recycling capacity of 50000 kgs per hour of steel grit make them ideal for ship yards and large site blasting projects.


Thes units will recycle steel grit, garnet and many other granual abrasives and have abrasive storage hoppers with up to 100 tonne steel grit capacity.


The SC 1 Recycling System is powered by an SC 2 Dust Extractor
